DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

The candidates seeking admission in the college self-attest the copies of the following documents:

• Pass Certificate and marksheet of Xth and XIIth or equivalent examinations.
• Allotment letter for candidate seeking admission through Lucknow University Counselling.
• In case the candidate passed his/her qualifying examination in the year 2019 or earlier, documentary proof must be furnished to the effect that:
• The candidate had not taken admission in any other College or University in 2023-24
• Notarized declaration certifying that the candidate was not involved or under suspicion/trial under any provision(s) of the IPC.
• Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution from where the candidate passed his/her last examination as a regular candidate (original certificate shall have to be submitted at the time of counseling).
• Applicants who passed their last examination as private candidate should submit Character Certificate from the Superintendent of Police / District Magistrate / Gazetted Officer. The certificate should not have been issued before March 2023.
• Candidates seeking admission on reserved seats must attach attested copy of Caste Certificate/CMO Certificate.
• The caste certificate number issued by the competent authority will have to be entered for availing the benefit of reservation for OBC, SC and ST applicants.
• The scheduled caste, scheduled tribes and other backward class candidates originally belonging to Uttar Pradesh will be given the benefit of reservation. Scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and other backward class candidates of other states will be treated as general
• Gap Certificate (Original): If there is gap in taking admission after Intermediate, then an affidavit certified by the Notary on Rs. 10.00 Stamp paper has to be submitted at the time of admission
• Transfer certificate/Migration in Original.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & RULES

• All admitted candidates must comply with the institute's rules and regulations, including any future amendments made. As a result, no legal action will be valid.
• While on campus, every student is required to carry their identity card at all times.
• Students must maintain regular attendance and punctuality in both academic and extra-curricular activities throughout the semester.
• Prescribed Uniform is to be followed by students when they are on Institute premises.
• Students are expected to exhibit responsible behavior and uphold decorum within the institute.
• The candidate must verify their eligibility to participate in the entrance examination, if applicable. If an ineligible candidate attempts the examination, they will not be entitled to claim admission under any circumstances.
• During the interview/reporting for admission, candidates must present the authentic documents, including marks sheets and certificates from their qualifying examination.
• Candidates whose qualifying examination results have not been declared by the admission date, for any reason whatsoever, will only be eligible for provisional admission.
• To confirm their admission, these candidates must submit the photo copy of original documents within two months from the commencement of classes. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their provisional admission.
