Training, Research and Consultancy
The Institute undertakes research and consultancy assignments; conducts management and computer training for the officials of Govt. Departments, Corporations, and Co-operatives.
Training Infrastructure
The Institute is housed in its own integrated campus of 2.33 acres with a blend of architectural innovation, interiors and functional convenience. It has multi-storied separate academic, administrative and hostel buildings having centrally air-conditioned seminar hall, library block, classrooms, well equipped with audio visual aid, tutorial rooms, computer labs and modern auditorium with latest Audio-Visual facilities. The campus is well surrounded by a boundary wall and has a secured environment.
Training Hall
The Institute has one centrally air-conditioned Training Hall with average carpet area of 132 Sqm. and with a seating capacity of 75-90 persons
Class Rooms
The institute has 10 class rooms with average carpet area of 74 Sqm well equipped with audio visual aid and 2 tutorial rooms with average carpet area of 36 Sqm. Institute has sufficient unused carpet area for converting into Modern Interactive board with Cabinet facility” classrooms for any future needs.
Computer Center
Institute has two air-conditioned computer labs with carpet area of 200 Sqm with 150 Computers including 3 servers and 8 Laptops. The computer labs are equipped with the state-of-the-art computing resources to cater to the Academic / Training / Administrative needs of the Institute. The computer labs are equipped with LAN, internet and latest software. As there is a thrust on computer knowledge and expertise in the MBA & training programs, all labs are equipped with LCD for Presentation
The Institute carries out various training activities to different beneficiaries as follows;
1. ADO/ ADCO Training
The Institute is an authorized center of training offering foundation / refresher / capacity building training to the Assistant Development Officers (ADOs) / Additional Development Officers (ADCOs) of the Cooperative Department. It offers training to various organizations / departments including Cooperative Auditors, UP State Mandi Parishad, NHRM, NHM and NGOs. Also it offers training to the Group A, B, C level officers of the Cooperative Department. Following is a snapshot of the training programmes offered by the Institute in the last five years.

2. ACABC Training
The Institute is an approved Nodal Training Institute (NTI) to conduct the NABARD sponsored training of Agri-Clinics and Agri-Business Centre (AC & ABC) Scheme as approved by MANAGE, Hyderabad. Till now it has trained 352 Agri-graduate beneficiaries from 13 Batches under this scheme and helped more than hundreds of them to establish their own Agri- oriented business ventures.
3. Drone Remote Pilot Training
Drone Pilot Training is now mandatory to fly any drone above the weight of 250 gm. in India. Operating a drone without the mandatory certificate can result in heavy fines, confiscation of the drone and possibly even imprisonment.

ICCMRT has been approved by DGCA-Directorate of Civil Aviation, Government of India as a Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO) to conduct Drone Pilot Training. On successfully completion of the training, the trainees are issued Drone Pilot Certificate which permit them to fly drone of respective category and class throughout India.
At ICCMRT we shall ensure trainees develop the Knowledge, Skills and Attitude to be a proficient drone pilot, not just for their current requirement, but also to graduate to higher category and more complex operations of drones. The successful completion of the training shall also open doors of opportunities for the trainees in the vast and rapidly growing drone industry. During the training, the trainees will get deeply immersed in the world of drones and the opportunities that come with it. They will be able to visualize the future of drones in India and the role they could play in it.
Government of India visionary initiative under the “Sashakt Nari Viksit Bharat” programme, aimed at empowering rural women by providing them with agricultural drones and the necessary training to operate them. The scheme is putting drone technology in the hands of women pilots from Self Help Groups (SHGs) to bring in the usage of Hi-tech modern technology in agricultural practices that shall result in remarkable increase in agricultural productivity along with financially empowering the rural women.
In order to strengthen the above prestigious scheme in the state, the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh has given the responsibility to ICCMRT to train the women members of M-PACS and WSHG (Women Self Help Group) to fly drones in the rural areas thus helping the farmers in various agriculture practices. In the year 2024-25 and 2025-26, ICCMRT has trained total 532 women members of WSHG and M-PACS. The Institute has further plan to train 266 more rural women members of M-PACS and WSHG in the year 2026-27. After successful completion of the training the rural women are being awarded with the DGCA-Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India approved Drone Pilot License/Certificate.
Along with the above ICCMRT has also started giving DGCA Approved Drone Pilot Training to the officials of Railway Protection Force and further plan to start Drone-MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) training very soon.
The ICCMRT campus possesses well-furnished separate hostels for male and female trainees with adequate arrangements like Wi-Fi Connectivity, 24×7 Security, LED Televisions, Power backup generators, RO Water Filters, Water Coolers, Boilers, Indoor and Outdoor Sports facilities.
