The BBA programme is under the affiliation of Lucknow University under NEP-2020.
Admission to 3 Year full- time BBA Programme (under NEP 2020) approved by the UGC and affiliated to the University of Lucknow (LU) is available in three modes namely;
1. LU Entrance Examination,
2. CUET-UG Examination and 3. Direct Admission.
1) Through LU Entrance
Students are admitted to the 3 Year full- time BBA Programme through the Entrance Test conducted by the University of Lucknow as per the following procedure;
Appear in the Entrance Examination conducted by the University of Lucknow.
The MERIT LIST is generated based on your Entrance Examination performance.
Complete the choice filling for online counseling. Choose ICCMRT as your first choice.
Once the Seat Allotment is done by the LU, check your seat allotment status in the LU portal using your Candidate’s Login and Password.
Students who are allotted a seat at ICCMRT have to submit the Confirmation Fees of Rs. 4000 to the University through online.
Allotment cum Confirmation Letter shall be generated.Take the Printout and visit ICCMRT for further process.
2) Through CUET-UG
Students who have appeared in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) conducted by National Testing Agency can also take admission in the BBA programme affiliated to the LU. The CUET-UG Candidates interested in BBA admission should;
Report to ICCMRT with the LURNRegistration Slip Printout– Mandatory. Also carry your CUET-UG result print out to complete the admission process.
3) Direct Admission
Direct admission into BBA Programme is also available against the vacant seats as per the LU approval. Students interested in BBA Direct Admission should;

Mode of Payment
Students can make their payments to the Institute by Cash /Bank Draft / Cheques (out station cheques are not accepted) drawn in favour of the Director, ICCMRT payable at Lucknow.
Cash deposits of fee can be submitted at the Zila Sahkari Bank counter located at the institute using the prescribed fee deposit slip only.
Alternatively they can deposit the fee online through the Institute’s portal.
A copy of pay in slip of the fee deposited should be submitted at the MP Cell for future verification.
Booklets containing pay-in slips for this purpose shall be issued to the student during registration process. Duplicate fees booklet can be obtained from the MP Cell against written request along with a payment of Rs. 50.
Fees must be deposited latest by the due date declared by the Institute. Part payment of fees shall not be accepted. All dues must be cleared before obtaining admit card for end semester examinations.
Penalty will be charged at the rate of Rs.10/-per day for each day of late payment after the due date.
Note :
University examination fees has to be deposited by the students through online mode at university website.
The caution deposit is refundable to the students after their successful completion of the programme.
BBA Admission under AKTU, Lucknow (Intake: 60)
Admission to 3 Year full- time BBA Programme (under NEP 2020) approved by the AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow is available in two modes namely;
CUET-UG Examination Followed by AKTU Counselling
Direct Admission
1) Through AKTU Counselling
Students are admitted to the 3 Year full- time BBA Programme (under NEP 2020) approved by the AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow through Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) followed by AKTU Counselling.
Tentative Date of AKTU Counselling: 1st Week of July 2026 Tentative Date of BBA Class Commencement: 2nd Week of August 2026
2) Direct Admission

The annual tuition fees for BBA is Rs. 60000 payable in two equal instalments semester wise. Students admitted in BBA programme also have to pay a refundable caution deposit of Rs. 8000 which will be reimbursed after their successful completion of the course.

Hostel Facility
Separate hostels for boys and girls are available within the Institute’s premises. The annual hostel fees including mess charges is Rs. 67,000/- per year payable in two equal instalments semester wise (i.e., Rs. 33500 per semester). Also students availing hostel facility should pay a refundable caution deposit of Rs. 5000 which will be reimbursed after completion of the course (or) at the time of leaving the hostel whichever is earlier.
