The Institute of Co-operative and Corporate Management, Research and Training (ICCMRT) is one of the premier institutes of higher education in Uttar Pradesh. It was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in 1978 to promote quality education, research, consultancy and training.
The Institute has established as an identity of its own and serves as a locus of management education, computer training, research and consultancy. It has now diversified its activities in pursuit of its objectives to inculcate professionalism in the corporate world. Since 2001, the institute has successfully groomed 25 batches of young professionals through its MBA programme and welcomes the aspirants to the current 26th Batch.
The pedagogy of the MBA programme consists of class room lectures, management games, case study discussions, brain storming sessions, industrial visits, seminars, conferences and EDPs. The Institute has been taking conscious efforts to bring reputed companies to conduct campus placement drives. The highest package of our student placement last year was Rs.12.00 Lakh per annum (RSH Group, Google Accenture, and ITC) and the average package was Rs. 6.00 Lakh per annum.
The Institute also offers Lucknow University affiliated undergraduate programmes BBA and B.Com (Hons.) from the year 2018 onwards. This year the Institute is also introducing one more stream of BBA programme affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow.
Additionally, the Institute is expanding its academic reach by taking the Programme Affiliation of Tribhuvan Sahkari University (TSU), Gujarat, the first ever Cooperative University of the nation. The Institute will start the TSU affiliated Degree Programmes (UG and PG) and various Certificate Programmes from the year 2026-27 onwards.
